At Team Spirit, we are committed to providing high-quality education and a positive learning experience. However, due to the digital nature of our courses and intellectual content, we follow a strict refund policy as outlined below.

1. No Refund After Course Access

Once you have received access to our course materials—whether via video, PDF, live sessions, or any downloadable content—no refunds will be issued, regardless of course completion or usage.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may only be considered under the following rare conditions:

• Duplicate Payment: If you are charged twice for the same course, a full refund of the duplicate payment will be issued.

• Technical Issues: If there is a confirmed technical issue from our side that prevents access to the course and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, a refund may be granted.

All such requests must be submitted in writing to [msteamspirit@gmail.com] within 7 days of the transaction date, along with proof of the issue.

3. No Refunds for Live Sessions or Workshops

Payments for live training sessions, webinars, or workshops are non-refundable due to limited seating and advance resource allocation. Please ensure your availability before registration.

4. Non-Transferable Enrollment

Course purchases are linked to individual accounts and cannot be transferred or exchanged for another course or participant once access is granted.
