Processing Time
All orders are custom-made and typically require 7–10 business days for production before shipping. During peak seasons or due to high order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way.
Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer several shipping options at checkout to suit your needs. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, order size, and the selected shipping method.
Standard Shipping (3–7 business days after processing)
Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days after processing)
Rush Shipping (1–2 business days after processing, when available)
Please note that shipping times are in addition to production time.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

Production Period – Our team starts handcrafting your items within 24–48 hours. This stage usually takes 7–10 business days.
Shipping & Delivery – Your order is shipped via your selected method. Tracking info will be sent as soon as it leaves our facility.
Team or Group Orders
If you're ordering for a team or organization, we may offer bulk delivery or pickup options. Reach out to us at orders@msteamspirit.com for assistance with coordinating large group shipments.
